Located on the desirable west end of PCB, the resort is impeccably maintained, with new walkways and outdoor showers, a resurfaced tennis/pickleball court, remodeled fitness center, and both indoor and outdoor pools (one heated year-round).

Inside the condo, you’ll find a perfect mix of modern style and coastal comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms each have new queen beds and full baths, while the sleeper sofa, air mattress, and pack-&-play ensure plenty of space for everyone. The living area offers recliners, swivel chairs, and floor-to-ceiling views, with smart TVs in every room for your favorite streaming services.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals or snacks after the beach, featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a premium coffee maker (brew & pods), Ninja blender, countertop griddle, toaster, and cabinets stocked with cookware, bakeware, and serving essentials.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The direct booking rate includes cleaning fees but saves you the fees you pay on other booking sites. Parking is $45 per car, per stay. Vehicle registration information is sent when check in instructions are sent.
